Book online
Pick your look, your artist and a time. A card holds your spot; nothing is charged until you are in the chair.
2.
Come as you are
Clean lashes and no eye makeup. Skip the coffee: caffeine makes eyes flutter under the lamp.
3.
Lie back
A full set is about two hours, a fill under one. Most people fall asleep. We wake you with a mirror.
4.
Fill at two or three weeks
A fill keeps a set full. Book the next one before you leave and the morning routine stays at zero.

Three rules. That is the whole routine, and we send you home with the spoolie.
The first 24 hours
Keep them dry. No showers on your face, no steam rooms, no hot yoga. The adhesive cures overnight.
Every morning
Brush them with your spoolie. Wash with lash shampoo every other day, and sleep on your back if you can.
Never
No oil-based makeup remover, no waterproof mascara, no lash curlers, no picking. Bring them to us to remove.

Classic, hybrid or volume: which one is for me?
Classic is one extension per lash: defined, like a great mascara day. Volume is handmade fans of three to six ultra-fine lashes: full and fluffy. Hybrid mixes the two. Not sure? Book a classic and tell your artist what you want; we can go fuller in the chair.
Will extensions damage my natural lashes?
Not when they are applied one to one and sized to what your lash can carry, which is the mapping we do first. Damage comes from lashes that are too heavy, or from pulling them off. Bring them to us for removal.
How long does a set last?
Your natural lashes shed on a six-to-eight-week cycle, so a set thins gradually. Most clients fill at two or three weeks. Past three weeks, or with less than 40 percent left, a fill becomes a new set.
Can I wear mascara?
You will not need to. If you must, a water-based mascara on the tips only, never waterproof, never on the base. Mascara shortens a set and makes fills slower.
Can you fill a set from another studio?
Usually, yes. Book a fill and add a note. If the work cannot be filled safely we remove it and start fresh, and the removal is free with your new set.
What should I do before my appointment?
Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup, skip the coffee, and plan to lie still for about two hours. Most people fall asleep.
